Our apartments always come fully equipped and include Wi-Fi, utility fees (water and electricity), home insurance, linen and towels, and final cleaning. As a business client, you will not be charged a rent deposit, either!

Equipment in the apartment
All of our furnished COSea apartments are designed, furnished and equipped with comfortable lodging in mind. Our COSea apartments do not lack anything that is needed for home-like living. The only thing the guests need to bring are their own personal items. All of our furnished COSea apartments are fully equipped, including: quality beds, linen and bedding, hand and bath towels, flatscreen smart TV, microwave oven, kettle, everything needed for cooking and eating, final cleaning, utility fees (water and electricity), and a home insurance.
